Defendants shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fines, only 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are victims D(n, 17 years old) and victims E(n, 17 years old).

1. Defendant A’s assault;

A. At around 17:00 on July 12, 2014, the Defendant, at the front of the Masan-dong Masan-si, the Defendant, on the hand floor, committed assault on the ground that the victim D her male-friendly arrest F and alcohol were playing, at least five times, on the ground that the victim D her male-friendly arrest F and drinking.

B. Around 00:00 on August 31, 2014, the Defendant, at the front playground of the claim apartment complex located in Osan-si, Osan-si, Osan-si, used assault at the victim D’s shoulder 2 times as a drinking for the said reason, and at the same time, once as a part of the clothes.

2. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act by the Defendants;

A. At around 21:00 on July 16, 2014, the Defendants: (a) committed assault against the victims on the ground that the victims were male-friendly I, F, and drinking and play by themselves; (b) the victims were forced to enter the victims into the above Hnobya for about 15 minutes; and (c) Defendant B committed assault against the victims by spreading drinking water on the victim’s face; (d) putting the victim’s head debt on the victim’s face to spit the victim’s face; and (e) spreading drinking water on the face; and (e) spiting the victim’s head debt.

At around 00:00 on July 17, 2014, the Defendants continued to assault the victims on the following grounds: (a) Defendant B used the victim’s head and face at least five occasions at the floor of the victim E’s hand; (b) Defendant A used the victim’s head and face at least five times; and (c) Defendant A used the victim’s head and face at the time of the victim’s her son.

C. At around 01:00 on July 17, 2014, the Defendants continued to assault victims on the ground of the following reasons: (a) Defendant A, at that place, assaulted the victims by using four-time prices, etc., of the victim D’s tamper.

3. Defendant B’s assault is the Defendant’s booms adjacent to K, located at Osan CityJ around August 30, 2014, around 21:00.
