A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for three months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a G car in a quantity of about 1 km to D private letter located in Sacheon-si C or the front road located in E on the front road while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.066% from blood around 10:19 on June 27, 2017.

2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. The Defendant driven the said carone set without a driver’s license at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

B. On July 14, 2017, at around 11:20, the Defendant, without a vehicle driver’s license, once again driven the above Kaone Star vehicle at approximately 1.5 km from the front and front of the D Sastar, located in Macheon-si C, or from the front and rear road via I in the H.

3. Violation of the Resident Registration Act, forgery of a signature of a company, and the above-mentioned signature exercise of a signature by the Defendant was done as if the Defendant himself/herself had done as if he/she had done so and had been under the influence of drinking to the police officer J superintendent of the police station belonging to the Macheon-si Police Station and to the Kman on the front side of the F-si in Ma at the time specified in paragraph (1) and demanded to present his/her identification card.

L’s resident registration number is cut and a portable information device (PDA) used to input the control of drinking driving is signed as “L” to refer to L to the driver’s signature column, and submitted it to the above police officers, signed as “L” on the driver’s sexual name column of the state driver’s circumstantial statement report and submitted it to the above police officers.

Accordingly, the defendant used L's resident registration number unlawfully, forged L's signature without authority for the purpose of exercising his/her right, and exercised each forged L's signature.
