A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant came to know on March 31, 2016 that he had been in contact with his F due to school violence problems while performing his duties as a school police officer in exclusive charge of interchange with many students through F, and became aware of the victims who had been in contact with F.

A person subject to sexual harassment, such as himself/herself and the above G, attempted to have physical contact regardless of gender, made a telephone call a day, etc., and became aware that there was a mental and physical mature situation, such as the occurrence of sexual assault damage in the past, etc., and that he/she became aware of the fact that he/she was pregnant, and that he/she had a private life with the victim even though he/she was pregnant.
