Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for the crime of indecent act by force at the Sungnam branch of Suwon District Court on July 16, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 24, 2014.

The accused shall submit personal information to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over the domicile of the accused within 30 days from the date on which judgment on personal information is finalized pursuant to Article 43 (1) of the Act on Special Cases

Nevertheless, the defendant did not submit personal information to the chief of police office within 30 days from July 24, 2014.
