A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a game room on the Bupyeong-gu B building in Incheon and the fourth floor.

No person shall provide game products for distribution or use which have not been classified, or display or store such products for such purposes.

Nevertheless, from October 12, 2018 to 16:50 of the same month from October 17, 2018, the Defendant installed 22 'Yatom' and 'Yatomp' in the game room, which was not classified by the Game Management Committee, and offered 6 'Yatomp' to many unspecified customers who find the place.
