Basic Facts

The plaintiff is D's Chok.

D is a person who has established a relationship with E, and the defendant is a person of E.

D around March 2016, F, the wife, became aware of F, and requested the Plaintiff, working for the Nonghyup, to inform the Plaintiff of the address of E.

Accordingly, on April 7, 2016, the Plaintiff asked G to inform him of the E’s address, using the fact that G, a Dong-gu, works for the military viewing, and G knew the Plaintiff of the E’s address around that time.

The plaintiff delivered the above address to F.

As F was found to find E at the above address recognized as above, the defendant filed a civil petition for military viewing on April 8, 2016.

Accordingly, on April 11, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a notarial deed on April 30, 2016 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant (hereinafter “instant notarial deed”) by a notary public, upon obtaining confirmation from H of the attorney-at-law in charge of authentication in the Clegal Office, to pay the Plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 to the Defendant on April 15, 2016, and by paying the Plaintiff KRW 10,00,000 on May 13, 2016, and a notarial deed of debt repayment contract (Quasi-Loan for Consumption) signed on May 399, 2016.

I have agreed as the notarial deed of Clegal Office, and I have this letter affixed to this letter in the future, which will not be an objection.

Notarial Contents: Notarial Number: 40,000,000 won: A notary public withdraws all the civil petition documents submitted by him/her at the time of preparation and simultaneous viewing of the Clegal Office Deed No. 399, 2016, and does not renew in the future. The defendant delegates all these documents to E. On the same day, the plaintiff received each of the following documents from the defendant.

The defendant prepared a letter in the name of E on the ground that all delegations have been received from E.

On April 15, 2016, the Plaintiff paid KRW 5,000,00 to the Defendant.

However, 30,000, the Plaintiff promised to have the date set on the notarial deed of this case exceeded the specified date.
