Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. Natural biopia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “natural bio”) completed a waste disposal report on January 29, 2007 and engaged in waste disposal and recycling business. On September 2013, the Plaintiff succeeded to the rights and obligations arising from the above waste disposal report from natural biopia, and then produced organic biopia by recycling food intermediate-processing wastes (i.e., e., e., g., e., g., g., e., g., e., g., g., e., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., e., g., e., g., e., g., e., g., e., g.
B. As the Enforcement Rule of the Wastes Control Act was amended by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment No. 595 on March 3, 2015, Article 2-2 and [Attachment 4] set forth the classification number of workplace wastes was amended as follows.
The classification number of industrial wastes under Article 2-2 (Classification Number of Industrial Wastes) of the previous Enforcement Rule shall be as specified in attached Table 4.
