Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall recommend, arrange, mediate, or advertise a contract for the provision of telecommunications services necessary for the use of a mobile communications terminal device on condition of providing or lending funds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) on July 2015, 2015, up to September 15, 2015, posted on D and E in front of Goyang-si B, Goyang-si; (b) on July 15, 2015, the Defendant reported an advertisement with the following: (c) whether the Defendant was in progress with the phone-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-face-to-face-face-to-face-face-to-face-face-to-face-face-to-face-face-to-face-face-to-face-face-to-face-face-to-face-face-to-face-face-on-face-to-face-on-face-on-face-to-face-on-face.

Accordingly, the defendant recommended and advertised the contract on the provision of telecommunication services necessary for the use of mobile communication terminal devices in collusion with D and E on the condition of providing or lending funds.
