1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 294,197,283 and the interest rate thereon from January 14, 2017 to the date of full payment.

The indication of the claim made by the Plaintiff on behalf of the Defendant Company A for the total amount of KRW 545,336,365, and the amount of the contract deposit and the amount of the advance payment, etc. that the Defendant Company A paid to solar power generation Co., Ltd. in accordance with the guarantee and loan transaction agreement between the Defendant Company A (the joint and several surety of Defendant A’s obligation to the Plaintiff under the above agreement) and the Defendant Company A, and on behalf of the Defendant Company A for the remainder of KRW 294,197,283, and the remainder of the claim for the payment (the delivery date of a duplicate of the complaint: January 13, 2017)

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
