Defendant
A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of three hundred thousand won.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. At around 23:00 on June 20, 2019, the Defendant publicly insultd the victim by referring to a large voice, “F, at the front of the Gmarsung apartment Dmarg Dmarg Gmarg Dmarg,” and the victim E, the Defendant: “F, at the front of the Gmardong Dmarg Dmarg, fmarc, with the victim’s walked, she was farced by farcing the farth of the Emar, but the same year was known, but Cmar farc., farc., with the victim’s fmarc, at the entrance of the Gmardong Gmarg Gmarg Gmarg, the Defendant deemed the victim as the victim’s “a farch” without the consent of the Defendant as the victim’s “a farch” during the period of August 2019.
