A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Godan130] On June 26, 2014, from around 10:50 to around 13:50 on the same day, the Defendant took out a foreign currency in which the cash amount of KRW 180,000 and amount of cash owned by the victim E are unknown, in front of the D’s room 39 to the D’s room of “D’ in the fourth floor of the building in Busan Metropolitan City.”

In addition, from around that time to December 5, 2014, the Defendant committed a theft or attempted theft of property equivalent to 12,304,000 won in total on 22 occasions, as shown in the attached Table 1.

[2015 Godan447] From around 13:45 on December 1, 2013 to 15:50 on the same day, the Defendant was prepared in front of the 121st box of “G” sugar located in F in Nanyang-gun, Nanyang-gun, and then went out 130,000 won in cash owned by the victim H.

In addition, from around that time to May 24, 2014, the Defendant committed a theft or attempted theft of property amounting to KRW 1,853,000 in total on seven occasions, such as the attached list 2.
