Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2015, from around 21:00 to around 23:30 of the same day, the Defendant sold alcoholic beverages, such as alcoholic beverages harmful to juveniles, to 10 juveniles, including E (n, 17 years old) at the “D” restaurant operated by the Defendant in Jeju.

A. On December 8, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children’s Juveniles from Sexual Abuse (voluntary indecent act) committed an indecent act against the victim, who was a child, in the “D” restaurant room operated by the Defendant in Jeju-si, using the gaps in which there is no other person, by making use of such gaps to the victim F (V, 17 years of age) who was a part of the victim, who was a child, was sexually injured by the victim with the wall, and the victim’s chest was flick with the clothes above, thereby committing an indecent act against the juvenile.
