Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who was in a de facto marital relationship with the victim C from August 2013 to October 2016, and the victim D and the victim E are the children of the victim C.

1. Rape;

A. At around 23:00 on June 2014, the Defendant demanded the victim’s sexual intercourse at the inner room of the victim C’s residence, after drinking alcohol and returning home, but the said victim refused it, and obstructed the victim’s sexual organ by inserting the body of the said victim’s hand by hand, making it impossible for the victim to resist by dividing the body of the said victim’s shoulder by hand, and then off the above victim’s shoulder, he gets off the part of the said victim’s inner room, brought about the family rank by hand, and paid the above victim’s reputation well, and raped the victim’s sexual organ by inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ once.
