The sentence of a defendant shall be 3,000,000 won.

When a fine is to be paid, it shall be confined in a workhouse for 30 days.

Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) intentionally caused a traffic accident with D, which was known to the Defendant while acting as an agent, and (b) was hospitalized at each of the hospitals and received medical treatment; and (b) was willing to receive insurance money as if it was a normal traffic accident.

At around 00:25 on July 11, 2018, the Defendant was accompanied by B, F, and G on the Estststy passenger vehicle driven by the Defendant, and H was allowed to have a telephone conversations with IK7 passenger vehicle driven by himself, and confirmed the location of each other, and continued to have a telephone conversations with D, J, K, and L. H was on the front part of the K7 passenger vehicle on the front part of the Psty passenger vehicle in the front part of the Psty or other passenger vehicle in the Young-gu Children of the Jeonjin-gu. On the other hand, H intentionally got into the front part of the K7 passenger vehicle and then received the accident from M. (hereinafter “M”).
