Criminal facts
[Criminal Justice] On December 1, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court on December 1, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence on March 4, 2013.

1. Larceny;
A. On February 14, 2015, between 01:40 and 05:00, the Defendant: (a) set soup and set soup “D” in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) using the cresh in which the victim E was locked, the Defendant cut back the bry with a bryer where the victim was prepared to set the string of the key of the clothes left hand, and (c) opened the clothes as the key, and cut off one blick with the cash of 200,000 won and one blick card.

C. From around 02:00 on March 22, 2015 to 05:30, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gap in which the victim G kids down; (b) cut the string of the two parts of the right hand hand of the victim in the above manner; (c) opened the clothes as the key; and (d) cut the 60,000 won in cash owned by the victim; and (c) cut off the 3rd of the moto; (d) one copy of the moto’s moto’s moto’s moto’s moto’s moto; and (e) one copy of the foreign exchange card.
2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On February 14, 2015, around 05:32, 2015, the Defendant purchased one cigarette and one shopping bag in the name of E, as described in paragraph (a), and completed the new card under the name of E, which was stolen, with no intent or ability to pay the price normally.
