Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 18, 2013, at the main point of “D” operated by the victim C in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (a) expressed, under the influence of alcohol, that the victim would not sell alcohol on the ground that the victim was under the influence of alcohol; (b) stated, the victim’s bar business was obstructed by force by leaving the victim’s bar business by avoiding disturbance, such as: (c) taking the victim’s 1 disease in the air conditioners without the victim’s consent; (d) taking the victim’s disease in the air conditioners; and (e) making the victim’s shot while leaving the air conditioners; and (e) making the victim’s verbal abuse; and (e) preventing them from entering the said main point by force.

2. From April 18, 2013 to 02:39 to 03:57, the Defendant made phone calls to the Seoul Central Police Agency 112 Report Center on the road in front of the aforementioned “D,” and reported false or non-compliance to the Seoul Central Police Agency 112 Report, “I am dead because I am much, I am much, and I am soon different.” In order to search and investigate the surrounding areas by sending F, etc. to the said place.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes by deceptive means.
