1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 328,294,586 as well as 12% per annum from May 26, 2019 to the date of full payment.

1. From May 4, 2018 to October 4, 2018, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant Company B with raw timber equivalent to KRW 328,294,586, and the Defendant C guaranteed the Defendant Company B’s goods payment liability on June 20, 2018.

Therefore, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 328,294,586 won with 12% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the service of the application for payment order to the day of full payment.
