Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.185% of blood alcohol concentration at around 23:28, the Defendant driven a B-hurd vehicle from a distance of approximately 300 meters from the airport New Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to about 2nd road of the same seat.
