Determination Gap's evidence No. 1 (the defendant's signature and seal is presumed to have established the entire document because there is no dispute over the defendant's signature and seal) as to the cause of the claim. The defendant and C put their signature and seal in blank and affixed the remainder at will with C or the plaintiff's own discretion, but if the authenticity of the seal portion is recognized, the document can be presumed to have been signed and sealed under the condition of complete completion, unless there are other special circumstances. The circumstance that the author first puts his signature and seal at the time of completion of the entire document's signature and seal should be deemed to belong to this example. Thus, if it is intended to reverse the presumption of the authenticity of the document's completion document's completion, evidence such as reasonable reasons and indirect counter-proof to support it is necessary (see Supreme Court Decision 2001Da11406, Apr. 11, 2003).
