Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in Cknife.

1. On November 14, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol on the roads front of the 19 LelS apartment, Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, 19 LelS apartment, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.10%, and led the said automobiles to the Han River Park from the distance of the sports complex.
