Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:40 on March 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by taking advantage of the second floor of a bicycle storage room in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Guro-gu, the second floor of the bicycle storage room; and (b) the method of returning the bicycle burial in which the victim’s name is unknown to replace the bicycleer who was on board and aboard in order to dissipate his or her name and replace it.
