Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2005, the Defendant: (a) around 1, 2005, with respect to the housing unsold in lots among the H apartment 54 households in Sungsung-si, the Defendant: (b) obtained a false appraisal report, which is merely about 7.2 million won at the ordinary market price, with respect to the housing unsold in lots; (c) prepares a false sale contract as if the housing was sold normally to the name holder; (d) prepares a false sale contract as if the housing was sold normally to the name holder; (c) plans and takes the loan from the financial institution; (d) provides the name holder with the housing; (c) provides the housing; (d) provides the housing owner with the housing; (d) arrange the issuance of the false appraisal report; and (e) issued the false appraisal report; and (g) share the role of arranging the loan to the financial institution, etc., respectively.

The defendant, as above, was recruited in sequence B, I, C, D, E, F, G, etc. on or around December 2005, the defendant requested that I provide the name truster to the defendant. The defendant introduced I to B with the name truster in return for the payment of three million won or more, and then requested that I provide the name truster, in return for the loan contract, etc. from B, and in return, C disposes of the right to lease to dispose of the above apartment, and provided the name truster with the expenses, etc. to be paid to B with the name truster by selling the right to lease to the above apartment, and B acquired the ownership transfer registration under the name of H apartment 102, 103, 102, and 103, more than two times the actual sale price of the above apartment (three million won per square day) and more than two hundred and twenty million won, which was filled out by the name truster, and made a false appraisal report to D with the above appraisal report, and made it by requesting D to issue the above appraisal report by requesting D to the above appraisal appraiser.
