Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. As a real estate licensed real estate agent, the Plaintiff is operating the “E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” in Daegu-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.
B. F is co-owners of the building on G Tae-gu Daegu-gu 611.2 square meters and its ground hospital (hereinafter “instant real estate”). H, a director of the medical device company known to Pyeongtaek, requested H to sell and purchase the instant real estate.
H introduced the Defendants to F while working to sell the instant real estate.
C. On November 29, 2014, the Defendants concluded a sales contract to purchase the instant real estate in KRW 3.1 billion from F at the E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
According to the instant sales contract, the Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 23, 2014 with respect to each of the instant real estate 1/2 shares. D.
At the time of the conclusion of the instant sales contract, the Plaintiff prepared a sales contract, including the current status and legal relationship of the instant real estate, regulations under public law, types of taxes to be borne at the time of acquisition, tax rates, etc., and attached to the instant sales contract. The Plaintiff signed and sealed the “ broker” column of the instant sales contract.
In addition, the plaintiff performed the business of arranging the loan and applying for the business registration of the purchaser of the real estate of this case.
