A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around 06:00 on August 25, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) at a “D” restaurant where the Victim C, in Daejeon, works as an employee; (b) attempted to get off the customer of another table by gathering the simpled fish on the table, without any reason, on the part of his/her employee; (c) attempted to get off the customer of the other table by gathering the simpled fish on the table; and (d) attempted to put up the scam on the table for about one hour, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant operation by force.
