1. For the plaintiffs:

A. Defendant C shall pay KRW 48,00,000 and each of the above amounts to the day of full payment from April 28, 2016.

Basic Facts

On November 29, 2014, the deceased H(the “the deceased”) was the heir, who was the deceased’s relative relationship with the deceased H and the deceased’s medical history.

In the event that the plaintiffs were divorced from their mother when they became the plaintiffs, the deceased lived separately from the plaintiffs.

Defendant G is the mother of the deceased, and Defendant C is the deceased (the deceased’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son

On August 27, 2010, the Deceased was diagnosed by K Hospital as “the number of side signboards and other damage of unknown number and details, other abnormal walking and moving of unknown pedestrians, the front part of other covering signboards, and the unexplosion of unknown details” on December 22, 2010. On August 10, 2011, the Deceased was registered as the disabled in the first degree in accordance with Article 2 of the Welfare of Disabled Persons Act.

On March 8, 2013, while receiving the above treatment with the dicule’s disease, the Deceased was diagnosed in the rehabilitation department of the Chungcheongnamnam University Hospital, and died on November 29, 2014.

Around August 2009, the Deceased’s insurance relationship entered into a L contract (the foregoing “instant insurance”) with Defendant FF Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”).

In relation to the instant insurance, the beneficiary was not separately designated, and the change of beneficiary was made on January 10, 2012, designating Defendant C as the beneficiary.

On May 3, 2012, Defendant F paid to the Deceased KRW 171,254,111, and on June 29, 2012, Defendant F paid KRW 60,000,000, respectively.

(The Defendant F paid insurance money to the Deceased on the ground before the change of the beneficiary. From March 13, 2012 to December 19, 2014, Defendant C paid totaling KRW 24,019,733 to Defendant C, a beneficiary of insurance changed from March 13, 2012, and most of the collateral items were lost medical expenses.

The details of financial transactions of the deceased’s account shall be the deceased.
