A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 17:00 on June 25, 2014, 2014, at the National Sports Center of the third floor located in Yangyang-dong, Daejeon Metropolitan City, the Defendant expressed the Defendant’s clothes that the victim C (the age of 25) had taken the shower to another place; and (b) the said victim took the Defendant’s clothes that he/she had taken to the other place; (c) he/she takes the Defendant’s clothes that he/she had taken to the other place; and (d) once he/she takes a part of the victim’s right part by drinking, he/she takes the Defendant’s flab with his/her two descendants, and she took the part of the victim’s shoulder, she took the part of the victim’s shoulder, and she took the part of the victim’s right part, which requires treatment for about 14 days, in which he/she had the victim’s right part of the shoulder.

2. On July 6, 2014, at around 14:20, the Defendant: (a) brought the clothes of the Defendant who was shower by the victim C to a different place, such as the above paragraph (1) on the roads adjacent to the Jung-ri, Middle-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, Daejeon; (b) on the ground that the Defendant used the Defendant several times of drinking and drinking, the Defendant was using the Defendant; (c) the Defendant was boomed to the victim by drinking booming the breath’s bat and fat; (d) the victim’s face and fating the bat; (e) the victim’s fat; and (e) the victim’s face and fat in drinking; and (e) the victim’s 17:30 on the same day, the Defendant was off the victim’s face and fating the victim’s fat at the victim’s seat, such as the victim’s fat and fating the victim’s fat, and fating the victim’s bat.
