A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence Nos. 2 and 3 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On May 13, 2018, at around 13:01, the Defendant: (a) opened a string and intruded into the house by means of hiding the victim D’s password from the stairs in front of the Seongbuk-gu Incheon apartment building unit, Sungnam-si; (b) opened the string and entering the password, and then, (c) opened the string in a way that the victim sent out, entered the password, and then, (d) took part of the property owned by the victim equivalent to KRW 7.2 million at the market price, such as the string of the string, the string of the string, the string, the string, and the string of the 200,000 won.

In other words, they stolen them.

2. On May 22, 2018, at around 15:57, the Defendant: (a) opened a door and intruded into the house by entering the password, which was identified as above between the victim’s outing space, after hiding out the stairs that came in front of △△△△△ △△△△△△, and pointing out the password; and (b) opened the door by entering the password, which was identified as above, among the stairs, by the victim’s outing.

The market price was 15 million won, such as bags, reflects, net gold, earbs, etc., which stolen the victim's property owned by the victim.

3. On May 30, 2018, the Defendant is in front of the F apartment unit in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
