1. The Defendant’s KRW 100,000,100 as well as 20% per annum from January 17, 2015 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a company engaged in redevelopment advisory services and agency services, and the Defendant is a housing redevelopment and maintenance project association established with the aim of improving the urban and residential environment and improving the residential stability and the quality of residential life of its members by removing the buildings in Seoul Central-gu B and constructing new buildings on the site.
B. On August 16, 2010, the Promotion Committee for the Establishment of Housing Redevelopment Project Cooperatives in A (hereinafter “Defendant Establishment Promotion Committee”) concluded a service contract with the Plaintiff for rearrangement project management business (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the following contents.

As stated in paragraph (1), the establishment of the defendant has been authorized to establish the defendant and the defendant comprehensively succeeded to the status of the defendant's establishment promotion committee under the instant service contract.
Article 4 (Duties of A) A (referring to the "Defendant Establishment Promotion Committee"; hereinafter the same shall apply) shall provide B (referring to the "Plaintiff"; hereinafter the same shall apply) with data, etc. (public documents, etc.) necessary to perform the duties of providing services by the Housing Redevelopment Promotion Committee for Zone A, and pay the contract amount under Article 7 by phase in accordance with Article 8.
Article 5(B) No rights under this Agreement shall be assigned to any third party.
Provided, That this shall not apply to a partial subcontract for the progress of business.
Article 6 (Scope of Services to B) (Scope of Services) shall perform the following administrative affairs necessary for implementing redevelopment projects in accordance with the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents, the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments, the Operational Rules of the Promotion Committee A, and the
Matters relating to approval and change of the Association Establishment Promotion Committee
(b) Modification of district designation and determination of project plans;
(c) Authorization to establish association;
(d) Authorization for project implementation;
(e) Administrative disposition plan.
(f)to advise one executive officer and the board of representatives relating to the partnership; and
