【The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for special larceny at the Incheon District Court on June 8, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 18, 2017.

[Criminal Facts]

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On June 25, 2017, around 02:00 on June 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance without being set up at the upper point of “E” operated by the victim D in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) intruded into the above upper point; (c) the locked used crebs to put the victim into a creb and cut off 1 A tobacco amounting to KRW 4,500, the market price of the victim, who was placed on his/her table, was located on his/her table.

2. On July 1, 2017, the Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business purchased milk and tobacco at the “H” convenience store operated by the victim G in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and there is a new bank credit card in the name of the victim D, as described in the above “1-C” to his employee I, as the Defendant is the legitimate right holder of the said credit card.
