3. Larceny;

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

4. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) by the Defendant: around 04:00 on May 28, 2012, at approximately 5km from the front day of the Busan Jin-gu, Busan to the opening road of the Busan Jin-dong, Busan, from around 06:0 on the same day.
