1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for a fee of KRW 585,00,000 and each year from July 1, 2013 to January 29, 2015.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. The Plaintiff partially dismissed claims 20% of the annual interest rate of 585 million won from July 1, 2013 to the date of full payment. However, there is no evidence to acknowledge that the agreed interest rate of 585 million won has reached 20% per annum, and only 5% per annum prescribed by the Civil Act from July 1, 2013 to January 29, 2015, which is the date following the date of payment, until the date of full payment, and 20% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of full payment.
