A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for ten months.

However, for two years from the date the judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants dump alcohol together with alcohol in the mid-term market in the optical East Eastdong from May 14, 2016 to May 20:40.

1. On May 14, 2016, Defendant B’s violation of the Road Traffic Act (LA) provided that Defendant B was unable to drive a vehicle under the influence of alcohol on the road in front of the middle-sea dong in the opticalyang-dong on May 14, 2016. However, Defendant A requested Defendant A to drive a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and caused Defendant A to drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Accordingly, the defendant instigated the drinking driving.

2. On May 14, 2016, at around 20:50, Defendant A driven a Category D 2 km car with approximately 2 km from the Do in front of the 88 Middle-ro, Manyang-ro, 0.163% alcohol concentration, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.163%.

3. Around 21:00 on May 14, 2016, Defendant B, who was a criminal of Defendant B, stated that he/she was driving on the roads of 103 Mayang-si, Gwangju apartment 103, and signed the written report on his/her driver’s statement after taking a alcohol test, when he/she stated that he/she was driving on the E Zone in the Mineyang Police Station E Zone F.

As a result, the defendant had a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment escape.
