1. Ascertainment that the Plaintiff’s obligation in the separate sheet against the Defendant was exempted.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On August 19, 2016, the Plaintiff was declared bankrupt by the Daejeon District Court 2016Hadan823, and was granted immunity by the same court 2016Ma821, and the said immunity became final and conclusive on September 3, 2016.

However, in the list of creditors of the above bankruptcy and exemption case, there is no obligation of the Plaintiff as stated in the attached list against the Defendant (hereinafter “instant obligation”).

B. The plaintiff did not enter the debt of this case in the above list of creditors in bad faith, and the debt of this case is exempt by the above immunity decision.

However, since the defendant is dissatisfied with this, the plaintiff has the interest to seek confirmation.

2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, which hold a judgment without holding any pleadings.
