A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant retired from office from February 2015 to November 2015, 2015, from the victim’s door-to-door ship (Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-guD) to the victim’s door-to-door ship.

1. The Defendant, at around 08:35 on May 13, 2015, take up KRW 20,000 in cash owned by the victim in a depository located in the above C’s home office, using gapss in the management of employees.

In addition, from March 6, 2016 to March 6, 2016, a total of 200,000 won was exceeded seven times, as shown in the [Attachment] List Nos. 1 to 6,11.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. On February 21, 2016, the Defendant, at the same place as around 23:54, around 23:54, and around 1, 2016, carried out 320,00 won in total on four occasions, including: (a) opening a door by dividing the password of the entrance he/she became aware of while working as an employee; and (b) opening a door into the door; and (c) raising 80,000 won in cash on the victim’s account of the credit cooperative until February 27, 2016, from that time, up to February 27, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's office at night and stolen the property.
