1. The Defendant’s KRW 56,439,490 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from November 19, 2016 to September 28, 2017, and the following.

According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 2 through 4 (including paper numbers), it is recognized that the plaintiff supplied the defendant with a total amount of KRW 190,215,940 by November 18, 2016, and that the defendant paid KRW 133,776,450 out of the price of the goods to the plaintiff by November 18, 2016.

According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 56,439,490 (i.e., KRW 190,215,940 - KRW 133,776,450) and damages for delay calculated at each rate of 15% per annum under the Commercial Act from November 19, 2016 to September 28, 2017, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and from the following day to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
