1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,00,000 as well as 15% per annum from December 29, 2015 to the full payment.

1. Around November 2013, the Plaintiff, while investing KRW 25,000,00 in Lins Co., Ltd. in Lins Co., Ltd., to receive interest of KRW 2% per month.

On November 22, 2013, the defendant prepared a letter of commitment performance that the defendant will return the above investment amount to the plaintiff in lieu of the investment amount if the plaintiff did not receive the return of the above investment amount at the time the plaintiff wants.

Since May 2, 2014, interest on investment money has not been entered.

Therefore, the plaintiff demanded the defendant to return the investment amount, but the defendant is not on the next day.

Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated by applying the rate of 15% per annum from December 29, 2015 to the date following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, as sought by the Plaintiff, to the day of full payment, as set forth in Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.

3. The plaintiff's claim is accepted for reasons beyond the conclusion within the scope of the above recognition, and the remainder is dismissed as it is without merit.
