A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The “I Representative”, J (one of the K Team leader), and L (one of the M Team leader) have been engaged in the following activities in order to operate the private futures trading site.
