Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. 경범죄 처벌법위반 피고인은 2017. 5. 19. 21:40 경에서 21:55 경까지 대구 달서구 B에 있는 C 파출소에서 피고인과 시비가 되어 파출소에서 사건 경위를 설명하던 학생들에게 술에 취한 채로 “ 씨 발 놈들 아, 눈까리 그렇게 뜨지 마라, 내장 다 포로 떠 버리겠다 ”라고 말하면서 달려들려고 하고, 이를 제지하던 경찰관에게 “야 이 씨 발 새끼들 아, 내가 뭘 잘못했는데, 내가 니들 삼촌뻘이다 ”라고 소리를 지르고, 소지하고 있던 라이터를 집어던져 터지게 하는 등 약 15 분간 관공서에서 몹시 거친 말과 행동으로 주정하거나 시끄럽게 하였다.

Around 21:55 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s lawful execution of duties in relation to the prevention, suppression, and investigation of the crime by assaulting the police officer, stating that D, who belongs to the above police box, wants to go to go to the post by PEA cellphone, “I want to go to go to the post. I want to go to go to the post.”
