A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had no intention to board as a seafarer of the Victim B (Nam, 61 years old)-owned fishing vessel C (7.93t, coastal fishing nets).

Nevertheless, at around 14:00 on June 28, 2012, the Defendant got the victim B to work on board the said victim E, which is located in Sinsan-si D, and received cash of KRW 2 million from the victim who believed to be true, in the name of advance payment, and obtained the escape without boarding the said vessel.
