A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around 05:15 on November 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stopped the patrol vehicle by leaving the patrol vehicle in his body with a slope D belonging to the Ansan-si Police Station C police box, and the patrol vehicle of No. 41 boarding the police box, which was reported on 112, and stopped the said patrol vehicle; (b) from the foregoing D, the Defendant stated that “I am flick at the time of departure; (c) I am flick; (d) I am flick; (d) I am flick; (d) I am flick at the time of departure; (e) I am flick, I am flick at the body of the Defendant; and (e) I am flick, I am am flick with the Defendant’s mobile phone flick; and (e) I am am flick and am flick the Defendant’s body by using the police patrol vehicle in order to prevent the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
