Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CM3 car.

On February 22, 2012, the Defendant driven the said car on the 11:50th day of February, 2012, and led to the following roads of the Western Elementary School, which is located in the Sluri-gun of the Gangwonwon, from the Seoluri-ri side.

Since a place is a children protection zone and a crosswalk is installed, there was a duty of care to drive a person in consideration of the safety of children, such as checking whether there is a person who gets involved in driving service by reducing speed and checking the right and the right and the right of the road.
