1. The Plaintiff:

A. (1) The Defendants jointly and severally pay KRW 2,965,120,000 to the said money, and (2) the Defendant against the said money.

. The loan was made;

3) The defect that Defendant C lent the intermediate payment of KRW 700 million to the F Representative on March 9, 2016, and the F’s representative settled the principal and interest of each of the above loans (including scheduled loans) of the Plaintiff on March 21, 2016 as KRW 1.4 billion, and the Defendant C made a promise to lend KRW 700 million to the Plaintiff on March 24, 2016 to the effect that “if the Plaintiff promises to lend KRW 700 million until March 24, 2016, it would immediately lend KRW 700 million.” The Plaintiff promised to lend KRW 40 million until March 24, 2016 to the Plaintiff and the Defendant B (established on March 10, 2016), and F made a promise to pay the investment profits of each of the Plaintiff on March 21, 2016 as KRW 1.4 billion, and the content of the instant agreement to pay the investment profits of the Plaintiff to the Plaintiff.

(A) A. 2. investor of the instant investment arrangement - Plaintiff (B) - Defendant B’s implementing company - F* Investment amount - 1.4 billion won (A) shall be invested in (B) and (B) and agreed as follows:

1. Object of investment: A hotel business in lots scheduled to be constructed on the parcel other than I at a time of racing (the hotel business in this case); and

2. Nature of investment: Payment of the principal and finalized profits (the exercise of a city and the Corporation shall be jointly and severally liable);

3. Final revenue: 1.4 billion won.

4. Method and date of payment of the investment principal and determined profits;

(a)The investment principal (1.4 billion won) will be paid in lump sum within 15 days after the completion of the construction authorization and permission of the project and the confirmation of the PF;

Provided, That the period shall not exceed five months from the date of this Agreement.

(b)The final revenue (1.4 billion won) shall be paid in installments in accordance with the percentage of the work progress, including the amount of civil engineering and construction works on the project.

Provided, That the deadline for the payment of fixed income shall be prior to the completion of construction works.

(within 12 months from the date of the Agreement). 6. The principal of the investment and the final revenue shall be jointly and severally (B) and (B).
