Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

A seized philopon injection apparatus (0.64g) 1 (No. 3) and a philopon injection (0.64g).

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, is not a person handling narcotics, was prohibited from selling, selling, giving, receiving, or administering clograms (one philophone, hereinafter “philophones”), which are local mental drugs, but dealt with philophones as follows.

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. On May 28, 2017, around 17:00, the Defendant put approximately 0.05g Mophonephones into a single-use injection instrument in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and injected them by means of injecting the left part of the blood body.

B. On May 29, 2017, around 17:00, the Defendant inserted approximately 0.05g of philophone into a single-use injection machine from 203 popon into a single-use injection instrument, added it into a left part of blood, and administered it by means of injecting it into a left part of blood.

2. Around 11:50 on May 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) posted a letter on the “E” of smartphone marketing; (b) exchanged with a police officer who pretended to purchase a phiphone, and (c) traded 1.2 million won of a phiphone.

Accordingly, the Defendant operated the Defendant’s Faburd car at around 19:10 on the same day, and attempted to sell a penphone in front of the Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul building, which is a transaction place, by means of direct trade, and by means of a single direct trade. However, the Defendant did not have the intention to arrest the police officer at the site and did not have the intention to do so.

3. The Defendant, at the same date and time as the foregoing paragraph 2 above, carried a philopon in possession of approximately 1.48g of a philopon, which is divided into five philopon sturd in the top sturd of the Frop vehicle operated by the Defendant, in five philopon.
