If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to engage in beauty art business (general) shall be equipped with the facilities and equipment prescribed by relevant Acts and subordinate statutes and report to the competent authority, and no person who has not obtained a beauty artist's license shall open a beauty art business or engage in such business.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without a beauty artist’s license, did not report the beauty art business, and, from May 22, 2018 to February 14, 2019, engaged in beauty art business activities by having two cosmetics, two cosmetics, one shampoo, and one shampoo, etc., with the trade name of “C” located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City from May 22, 2018 to February 14, 2019.
