around July 4, 2014, the Defendant received a notice to enlist in the Army Training Center on August 4, 2014 from his house located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, 211 Dong 604, and did not enlist until August 7, 2014 after the date of enlistment, even though the Defendant received a notice to enlist in the Army Training Center on August 4, 2014.

Accordingly, even after receiving a notice of enlistment in active duty service, the defendant did not enlist within three days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
