1) The status of the parties to G Co., Ltd. (the trade name was H at the time of its establishment, and the trade name was changed to G Co., Ltd. on September 12, 2006 through J on March 25, 2009.

(b) L Co., Ltd. established a semiconductor equipment and acquired it through the manufacture, repair, and sale of semiconductor equipment. On August 2004, Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd., a major trading company, established a semiconductor company in China’s river basin area, and thereby, it refers to the conversion of semiconductor equipment into the pattern of a semiconductor device, which is made by Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd. and foreign companies, into the pattern of a semiconductor device. In order to protect the minors from external shocks or electronic devices and to make semiconductor in interoperability as parts, it means to put it into plastic or gold rink after cutting out the semiconductor, respectively.
