A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and a fine of KRW 300,000.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 20:00 as of January 201, 2013, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with K, used the key prepared in front of the R cafeteria Q in Busan, and carried out a Dong at the time of the victim S, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 300,000,00, in the victim S, who was in possession of the victim S., was able to drive the said Oba while driving the said vehicle after K.

5. On May 16, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s chest on the ground that the victim Y does not listen well to the horses of the Defendant in his or her 16:30 above U.S. playground, and assaulted the victim by hand when knife the victim’s knife and head.
