A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act by filing an application for subscription through disguised transfer of apartment housing into a housing construction area where apartment is supplied, and when the winning results in the hearing, he has received the premium and reselled the status of being selected as the occupant of housing, and received profits therefrom.

Accordingly, on February 4, 2016, the Defendant, in collusion with a name-free person, visited the Internet “24 .........” on the website, and filed a false report on the resident registration by making a move-in report as if the Defendant had moved into the Frigu B and C, even though the Defendant did not actually move the place of residence.

2. No person who violates the Act on Housing shall acquire or have others acquire a supply of deed, status or housing constructed or supplied under the Act by fraudulent or other unlawful means;

On February 4, 2016, the Defendant, in collusion with a person in unsound name, filed a false resident registration report and entered into a disguised transfer. On April 25, 2016, the Defendant received the status of being selected as an occupant of a house constructed and supplied pursuant to the Housing Act by unlawful means by concluding a supply contract with him/her on May 10, 2016, upon filing an application for a special supply of D’s apartment that is sold in Busan area.
