A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act by filing an application for subscription through disguised transfer of apartment housing into a housing construction area where apartment is supplied, and when the winning results in the hearing, he has received the premium and reselled the status of being selected as the occupant of housing, and received profits therefrom.
