On November 30, 2013, at around 07:21, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.068% from the main parking lot located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do to the front road of the filial length distance located in the same Gu, where the trade name is unknown.
