1. The defendant shall display the attached drawing among the 89.32 square meters of the land floor of the building indicated in the attached list to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On May 1, 2019, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with the Defendant, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 5,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 350,00, monthly rent of KRW 350,00, and the lease term of KRW 24 months from May 3, 2019 with respect to the area of 89.32 square meters on the land of the building indicated in the attached Table (hereinafter “the instant building”). The instant building part was delivered to the Defendant.
B. From September 2019, the Defendant delayed to pay the monthly rent for at least two months, and on November 6, 2019, the Plaintiff expressed his/her intention to terminate the lease contract to the Defendant on the ground that the monthly rent was overdue.
C. Therefore, since the instant lease contract was lawfully terminated and terminated, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the instant building to the Plaintiff.
